The Tri-Cities lies at the convergence of the Yakima, the Snake, and the Columbia Rivers in southeastern Washington. The Tri-Cities include the cities of Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and West Richland. Having a population of 165,000 within the city limits and an MSA population of over 300,000, the Tri-Cities has all of the niceties of a metropolis, but still maintains the feel of small-town America.

With 99 public parks, 10 public golf courses, three rivers, thousands of miles of bike and hiking trails, 200 wineries and micro-breweries, plus over 300 days of sunshine every year and only six inches of rain annually, the Tri-Cities is a great place to enjoy life.
"I didn't think that places
like this existed anymore. I
planned to stay for a couple
of years... I've been here fourteen!"
-Jeff Clark

"I try to convince my kids to move
here all the time. This is such a
wonderful place to raise a family.
I wish that I would have been
able to raise my kids here."
